Request deletion of your account and data

You can ask us to delete your seller account and the data tied to it at any time — you don't need to keep using the app to do it. Here's exactly how the process works.

How to request deletion

Email us your request
Send a message to [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Use the template further down this page so we have everything we need in one go.
We confirm it's really you
Before we touch any data, we match the seller/business name and registered mobile number in your email against the account on file. This stops anyone else from deleting your account on your behalf.
We delete what we can
Once you're verified, we remove your profile and account data from our active systems. Anything we're required to keep for legal reasons is explained below.
You get a confirmation email
We'll reply to the same email thread once your request has been completed, typically within 30 days.

What gets deleted, what we keep

Your name, mobile number, and email on file
Store and product listing details
App preferences and saved settings
Bidding activity tied to your account

Retained

Kept where the law requires it

Order and invoice records for completed transactions, for as long as applicable tax and consumer-protection law requires
Information needed to investigate fraud or resolve an open dispute, until that matter is closed

Fill in the highlighted fields and send it to [email protected]. The seller name and mobile number are what we use to verify it's your account.

I would like to request the deletion of my seller account and the data associated with it from the XpressBaazaar-InvLess app.

My details for verification:

Request type (keep the line that applies to you, delete the other):
Delete my entire account and all associated data
Delete specific data only — please specify: [details]

I understand that some information, such as order and invoice records, may be retained where required by law, and that this request will be actioned once my identity has been verified.
